Patchwork is proud to announce the launch of its new service, PWebTrack, which provides users with the ability to obtain electronic testing protocols for Currant - fiber optic pre-terminated cassettes and cable assemblies. Unlike traditional paper protocols that were previously included with the products, all documents are now available in a convenient PDF format.

With PWebTrack, users can easily access testing protocols in two ways:
- By scanning the QR code located on the optical cassette or the packaging of the cable assembly, allowing for instant download of the protocol to a mobile device.
- By entering the serial numbers of the products (up to 10 in a single request) on a dedicated page of the website, where users can also view and download protocol files.
This online service provides Patchwork customers with a convenient tool for quickly obtaining data on attenuation and return loss coefficients of cassettes and assemblies. PWebTrack significantly simplifies the process both during commissioning and in operation, ensuring access to essential information throughout the entire service life of the products.
The service offers:
- Convenience in storing and accessing technical documentation;
- Improved quality control of completed installation work based on field testing of installed optical cable paths;
- Simplification of the warranty claim process when issues arise.
